Irrespective of the service you require, our process always commences with the same fundamental step:
An In-Person Home Visit.
This initial visit allows us to engage in one-on-one interaction with you within the comfort of your home. It serves as a vital opportunity for us to comprehensively assess the space, gather precise measurements, and, most importantly, gain a deep understanding of your specific desires and any existing concerns.
Following the home visit, we will promptly reach out to you within a few days, providing you with approximate quotes and projected timelines. Should you choose to entrust your project to our company, we will proceed to secure your project's booking and start coordinating our skilled contractors. We will furnish you with a general timeline and a schedule of the work to be completed. Furthermore, we commit to maintaining open and consistent communication throughout the project, keeping you informed of any alterations to the schedule or any potential issues. We encourage our clients to engage with us transparently and honestly, mirroring the communication we extend to you. For larger projects, we will invite you to periodically inspect the project in person, offering you the opportunity to ask questions and discuss potential adjustments or expansions to the project scope.
